My grandfather was Guy Howard Sullivan, the baby of the family. I'm sure you know of Guy and Mima's parents James Patrick Sullivan and Virginia Grounds. And the parents of J.P., John Sulivan (as it is spelled in the Pa. Census) and Elizabeth Boord. Daniel Boone was a pioneer, explorer, and frontiersman who became one of the United States' first folk heroes. Boone is most famous for his exploration and settlement of what is now Kentucky, then Virginia, opposite the settled areas on the other side of the mountains.
